The Kingswood Neighborhood spans an area from east of Sertoma Ave to Interstate 29 and between 41st and 26th Street.
In Kingswood, everyone who finds themselves in our boarders to live, work, play at our wonderful parks, and pray in our various centers of worship are considered neighbors to us. We invite you to join in our meetings and events and connect with other community-minded neighbors.
Kingswood Neighborhood was established in 1976. It is a family-friendly community known for its mature trees, large park, and huge rummage sales.
The Kingswood Rummage Sales were established shortly after the neighborhood itself and have grown to become the largest organized rummage sales in South Dakota. They have a dedicated website for the event, held yearly, which can be found here.
The Kingswood Neighborhood Association was formed in January of 2025. It is organized by a volunteer board of Kingswood residents. The Association focuses on grant projects and initiatives for neighborhood betterment and community engagement and activities. We meet on the second Saturday of every month. For meeting and event schedules, visit the event page.
Our City Council Member Representatives are Jennifer Sigette and Ryan Spellerberg.
Concerns about property maintenance, road repair, streetlight outages, and other city concerns can be addressed via the Sioux Falls Resident Services Page.
