In 2025, Kingswood requested a traffic audit be conducted by the city to address safety concerns within the neighborhood. During the process, we learned that many traffic safety decisions are based largely on crash data, and there was not a good way to submit near miss data.  In an effort to avoid crashes and help make our streets safer, we have started a citizen-led initiative to collect near-miss incident reports throughout the city. These reports are forwarded to the traffic engineering department to help inform better safety decisions in our neighborhoods. The form can be found below, can be completed more than once, and can be submitted anonymously if you wish. We encourage it's use for reports of speeding, near misses with pedestrians, and other unsave driving behavior you may see.
